How does my experience work?
You can find a detailed step by step on the process of your experience on our How It Works page. In short: choose your package, book your date, enjoy the filmed session, and receive your professionally edited legacy video.
How long does it typically take to film a video?
Your filming session will take 1–2 hours per person dependent on your package and we will only need a short amount of time beforehand to prepare our equipment.
How long will my custom video be?
Your custom video will be between 30 to 45 minutes long after the editing process.
Will I need to provide any equipment?
We provide all of the equipment including a 4K camera and multiple lights. We do require an electricity supply, and we never say no to a cup of tea.
Can I order a joint booking for two?
Yes — we offer a Duo option so both people can take part in a joint experience. See our Legacy Packages page for details.
